How to order?

Once you have selected your item, proceed to checkout and complete full payment. After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order number. Then simply record your audio message on your smartphone using any standard voice recorder app and send it to: artmstudio.contact@gmail.com to complete the processing of your order. Make sure to include your order number in the email subject line.

What is the recommended audio message length?

For the most beautiful and clear waveform engraving, we recommend keeping your audio message up to 8 seconds.

You may provide two separate audio recordings, one short recording (up to 8 seconds) for an aesthetically balanced waveform engraving on the front plate and one longer recording (up to 20 seconds) that will play when the QR code is scanned.

How does the voice message feature work?

Your voice message is converted into a precise waveform and engraved onto the metal plate. In addition, a discreet QR code inside the clasp allows you to instantly play the original recording at any time — no apps required. You simply scan the QR code with your smartphone, and the message instantly plays on your device.

Where is the audio stored?

Your audio message is securely stored in Google Cloud infrastructure. This ensures long-term access so your recorded voice remains preserved and available whenever you scan the QR code.

What materials are used?

We use carefully selected premium materials: Genuine leather for durability, comfort, and natural aging. High-quality stainless steel for strength and scratch resistance. Optional matte steel or matte brass finishes. Every detail is chosen for both beauty and long-term reliability.

Some of our “Limited Edition” products are crafted using high-quality synthetic leather. This choice is made to achieve exclusive textures and unique surface finishes that are not always possible with natural leather.
