Payment
We accept a wide range of payment methods to ensure a convenient and secure checkout experience.
These include: PayPal, Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club).
We are currently working to make Apple Pay , Google Pay, Bit and PayBox available as payment options.
All payments must be completed in full before order processing begins.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment and all required order details are successfully received.
Local Shipping (Israel)
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after processing is complete.
Delivery within Israel typically takes 7–10 business days to a pickup point.
Shipping is carried out using one of the following methods:
Israel Post & Local courier services with delivery to the nearest parcel pickup point.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details and tracking information (if available).
International Shipping
We ship worldwide from Israel.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours after processing is complete.
Estimated international delivery times:
Europe: 7–21 business days
North America: 10–25 business days
Asia & Oceania: 10–30 business days
Other regions: 14–35 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that some international shipping methods may offer limited tracking updates depending on the destination country.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the shipment, the original shipping cost and any return fees may be deducted from the refund.
