This website offers personalized handmade products created individually for each customer.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Custom-Made Products

All products are individually customized based on the information, text, audio recordings, and specifications provided by the customer.

Because every item is made specifically to order:

slight variations may occur in engraving placement, waveform appearance, leather texture, or color. Waveform engravings are unique and depend entirely on the submitted audio recording, colors displayed on screens may slightly differ from the actual product.

These variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

3. Audio Submissions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted audio recordings, text engravings, names, dates, and other personalization details are accurate before submission.

The customer confirms that they have the legal right to use and share any submitted audio content.

We reserve the right to refuse content that is offensive, unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate.

4. QR Code Audio Playback

Certain products include a QR code linked to a stored audio message.

By scanning the QR code, the audio message can be played directly on a compatible device without additional applications.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain long-term accessibility of audio files, uninterrupted availability cannot be absolutely guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control, including technical or third-party infrastructure failures.

5. Production & Processing Time

Each item is handcrafted and produced individually.

Production times may vary depending on order volume, customization complexity, and material availability.

Estimated production or shipping times shown on the website are approximate and not guaranteed.

6. Shipping

At this time, products are shipped within Israel only.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

Refunds or replacements may only be offered in cases involving manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Product Materials

Some Limited Editions may include premium synthetic leather selected for its exclusive texture and visual characteristics.

Material descriptions are provided as accurately as possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, photographs, branding, graphics, and text, remains the intellectual property of the website owner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages;

• delays caused by shipping carriers;

• technical interruptions outside our control;

• misuse of products after delivery.

Our maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product.
