We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, subject to the terms outlined below.

To qualify for a return and refund:
The return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered.
Items returned without original packaging.
Gift cards (if applicable).
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to the address provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Refunds
